Student Experience Lab – Shape the Future of DSU Channels…

We’re inviting students to take part in the Student Experience Lab, a hands-on session designed to directly shape how DSU communicates, looks, and connects with you.

This session will directly shape the future of DSU’s website, channels, and brand identity.

? Time: 10:00 - 15:00

? Incentive: £50 voucher of your choice for participation

? Selection: Selected applicants will be reviewed and contacted on Monday 4th May for confirmation of participation. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe will results in your place being offered to another potential participant. Applicants must be available on Thursday 14th May from 10am - 3pm for the full session.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take part in a series of interactive activities designed to understand how students find, use, and experience DSU information, including;

Clicks to complete tasks (how easily you can get things done)

Time to find information (what slows you down / what works)

Satisfaction scoring (what feels intuitive vs frustrating)

Affinity mapping (how content should be structured)

Group categorisation (how information should be organised)

Brand archetype building (how DSU should feel and sound)

Your input will directly inform how we design a single, easy-to-use DSU platform that brings together all key services, information, and updates in one place.

£50 Gift Card payment will be received at the end of the full session. DSU reserves the right to change choice of giftcard based on availability.
