Gentle Hatha yoga with Josie. Take a deep breath and Root to Rise - we are offering a brand new series of Free yoga and mindfulness sessions designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and balanced in the chaos of student life.

Each week brings a new theme to help you reset and reachrge:
Root to Rise: Feel grounded, steady, and ready to grow
Creating Space: Breathe deep, stretch it out, and make room in your body and your mind
Mind & Gut: Integrate, Cleanse, Release – Reset from the inside with gentle movement and mindfulness
✨ Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for a deeper mind-body connection, these classes offer a calm, welcoming space to explore movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.
Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated, and wear comfy clothes you can move around in.
