Come and unwind with us at a calming outdoor yoga session designed to refresh your mind and body.
Reconnect with nature and take a peaceful break in the fresh air.
Spaces are limited, so please arrive early to secure a mat - available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have your own mat, or would prefer to join in on the grass, you’re very welcome to do so.
Weather permitting, this session may be moved indoors.
Location: Lawn space outside the Vijay Patel Building
